The Nanny Club is a high-end babysitting platform in the Netherlands. We offer a professional babysitting service, which is preceded by a strict selection of our nannies. We are also expanding The Nanny Club abroad. We have several families in Ibiza, London, and even New York!
What will you be doing?
As an intern, you will support us in customer service. You will work closely with our sales topper. Together you ensure that nannies and families are provided with answers to all their questions. This is a diverse task, as there are many questions about payments, information about a family, the age of the children or nanny, and more. Every day is other because of this, which makes this internship so much fun. Furthermore, at The Nanny Club, we offer freedom, and your ideas and plans are more than welcome.
What are we looking for?
You are following an HBO or WO education in Marketing, Branding, Communication, Commercial Economics, or a combination of these.
You have experience in the field of service provision
You are enthusiastic and a real go-getter
You are not afraid of a challenge and want to learn a lot. You have good written skills (Dutch and English)
